A male suspect was arrested in Thunder Bay, Ont., in relation to a shooting that injured a person near Innisfail earlier this month.
The identity of the man will not be released until charges are laid, said Staff Sgt. Ron Campbell, manager of communications for Alberta RCMP K-Division.
Campbell confirmed the arrest was in connection to a June 2 shooting on an acreage near Innisfail that left a person injured.
The police investigation is ongoing, and no more information can be released at this time, said Campbell.
