Spirit Seekers Youth Program is offered Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday from 4 to 9 p.m., and Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. Youth ages 10 to 24 years are invited to gather for homework, games, learn skills, have fun and hang out at Native Friendship Society located at 200, 5405 50 Ave. Other activities include crafts, recreation nights, pizza, bowling, guest speakers, regalia making and more. Community Connections is a program for immigrant seniors, age 50 plus, looking for recreation, integration, support and fellowship. The group meets on Thursdays from 1 to 3 p.m. Locations vary but the group generally meets at the Golden Circle. Central Alberta Prostate Awareness and Support Group meets the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Gaetz Memorial United Church in the parlour. The next meeting is March 18. This group has a great deal of experience and information to share. Knowing about the prostate, symptoms of prostate cancer, and other prostate diseases can save your life. Become Aware of Human Trafficking in Canada presentation will be offered free of charge on March 18 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Margaret Parsons Theatre at Red Deer College. Presented by ACT Red Deer and second year RDC Social Work program students. Popcorn and refreshments will be served.

Widowed Support Network meeting will be held on the third Friday of each month from 7 to 9 p.m. at New Life Fellowship Church. This group is a community based, volunteer-led, support group that provides a safe place for men and women who have lost their spouse through death to interact with and mutually support each other.
