artsparks presents Visual Arts Program is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Sept. 9 to Nov. 27. Participants create art in the medium of their choice. Fanatullen Scandinavian Dancers Open Houses will be held on Oct. 5 and 19 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Festival Hall. Come out for free lessons and demonstrations.
