Sylvan Lake vehicle crash and property damage leads to arrests

Fleeing male suspects caught with help of police dogs

Two men were arrested after a vehicle collision caused property damage in Sylvan Lake.

Numerous charges are pending against the two males, who attempted to flee police on foot after a motor vehicle collision on Monday afternoon created damage in the Lakewood Landing neighbourhood.

The suspects were caught a short distance away with the assistance of police dogs. They were arrested and taken into police custody.

RCMP are continuing to investigate the incident.
