Technical problems have temporarily shut-down the City of Red Deer’s online payment and application system.

“Due to an unforeseen technical issue, The City of Red Deer is temporarily suspending its MyCity system until maintenance work can be performed,” stated a release from the City of Red Deer on Friday.

During this interruption, the following applications will not be available: MyCity, MyPayments, MyDogs, MyPermits, MyLicence, MyEvent, MyInspections, Tax Certificates, Criminal Record Checks, and Utility Account updates.

To find a full list of the services impacted, please visit www.reddeer.ca/MyCity.

The system is expected to be back online on Tuesday, April 25.

During this outage, the public is encouraged to submit applications and payments in-person at City Hall. Criminal record check payments can be made at the downtown RCMP detachment during regular business hours. If you have any questions, please visit www.reddeer.ca/MyCity or call 403-342-8111.
