The Snowed In Comedy Tour is coming back to Red Deer with a line-up of four uniquely talented stand-up comedians.

On this 14th annual tour is show founder and Just for Laughs winner Dan Quinn, as well as Erica Sigurdson from The Debaters, “comedy super-hero” Damonde Tschritter, and six-time Canadian Comedian of the year nominee Pete Zedlacher (who is from Alberta).

They’ll be performing at the Red Deer Memorial Centre on Friday, March 10, and promise to deliver something for every brand of humour.

In a market dominated by American acts, the Snowed In Comedy Tour has become a Canadian success story. The small troupe has now grown into the biggest comedy tour in Canada with annual performances in 70 cities, coast to coast.

The quartet is hoping for no complications this time out, having faced every possible hiccup in 2022, from pandemic challenges to roads wash-outs and flooding in B.C.

But as the old adage goes, comedy is tragedy plus time.
