Blackfalds RCMP are asking the public for help in bringing those behind a number of thefts from local utility trailers to justice.
Police say the thefts happened between March 15 and 17 in the town's new neighbourhoods along Crimson Court and Cyprus Road.
The locks and other security mechanisms of these trailers, which are being left overnight around the residential construction zones, were cut off the doors.
Hand and power tools and other construction equipment was stolen.The value of the tools taken in each incident ranges from $1,000 to $15,000.
