Things Engraved has reportedly closed its 70 outlets, including two in Red Deer.
The company laid off all of its store staffers and most of its headquarters employees, said a report from CTV.
Things Engraved opened an outlet at the Parkland Mall in May 2015 and at Bower Place mall in November 2016.
On Monday, the Things Engraved kiosk near Toys “R” Us at Bower Place was deserted, although the showcases were still full. The lights were off and a security gate closed at the small shop in Parkland Mall.
