Three Hills RCMP is asking the public to help identify a man involved in an armed robbery.

On Thursday at about 11:30 a.m., police received a report of the armed robbery at the ATB Financial in Trochu.

Police say a man in disguise entered the ATM lobby area and removed what is believed to be a firearm from a Red Husky duffle bag. He then entered the branch and demanded money from an employee.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured in the incident.

Three Hills RCMP are asking for the public to help identify the suspect. Police say people should not approach the person, as he is considered “armed and dangerous.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Three Hills RCMP at 403-443-5539 or your local police.
