The Town of Olds has a new Chief Administrative Officer.
Brent Williams was named to the position Tuesday and will assume his role and responsibilities on May 30.
Williams and his family live in Vegreville where he is the CAO of the County of Minburn.
Brent brings with him 7 years of CAO experience and prior to municipal government, worked in the oil and gas and education sectors. He has both a Bachelor and Master’s degree in political science, and diplomas in local government and land use planning.

The town’s strong economic base, growing population, and robust business community are a solid foundation on which to build and progress.
