Traffic delays are expected on Taylor Drive in the north part of the city starting Sunday morning.
Contractors will be doing water and sewer work on Taylor Drive, between Galbraith Street and 69th Street, until Friday.
Motorists should be aware of the week-long series of rolling lane closures that will be in effect in both directions of Taylor Drive, from 7 a.m. on Sunday until 5 p.m. on Friday.
Traffic flow will be maintained in both directions during these closures, but detours will be in place and motorists may experience delays.
Drivers are reminded to slow down when approaching or driving in construction areas and obey all signs.
“Your patience and co-operation is greatly appreciated,” stated a release from the city’s engineering services.
