Red Deer drivers should expect some traffic disruptions due to construction at the intersection of 77 Street and Gaetz Avenue Tuesday.
Starting at 9 a.m. the lights will be flashing red on northbound, southbound and eastbound lanes and stop signs will be in place for the west bound lanes.
The intersection will be as a four-way stop for the duration of the traffic signal infrastructure work.
Traffic signals are expected to be fully operational by 1 p.m.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and obey all signs. This work is weather dependent and schedules may be subject to change.
