Now an AGCO dealership, Trochu Motors started out as a Cockshutt and Ford dealership in 1947. It was opened by brothers John and Aaron Stankievich.
When John’s son, Jack, took over in 1977 he began to focus exclusively on the agriculture side of the business.
The Ford franchise was dropped for White Farm Equipment. The Massey Ferguson dealership was acquired in the 1980s. Eventually, AGCO took over White and Massey Ferguson and Trochu Motors has been AGCO ever since.
Versatile, Kubota and Morris lines of agricultural equipment have been added over the years among others.
