Troubled Monk is celebrating its seven years in Central Alberta with a run this weekend.
Five- and 10-kilometre runs are planned to start at 10 a.m. this Saturday. Following the Troubled Monk Run, there will be a party at the Red Deer brewery, with live entertainment and a specialty beer.
All proceeds from the run will be donated to local charities through the Troubled Monk Community Giving program – every month an employee is tasked to donate to their favourite charity.
