Two people suffered serious injuries in a collision Saturday morning near Blackfalds.
At 11:30 a.m. Blackfalds RCMP were called to Highway 2A, just north of Township Road 400, where a pickup truck and car collided.
The two people in the car were taken to hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Three people in the truck were taken to hospital, but did not appear to have serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing, but there is no disruption to traffic.
Police say the cause of the collision isn’t known at this time.
