GODS LAKE NARROWS, Man. — RCMP in northern Manitoba say a two-year-old boy is dead after being attacked by dogs.

Police in Gods Lake Narrows says they received a report of a dog attack on a child in the community early Monday afternoon.

Officers found the child with life-threatening injuries in a wooded area not far from where he lived.

He was pronounced dead on scene.
