The 30-minute play and its subsequent breakout sessions focus on how teens can embrace positive self images and healthy lifestyles.
The show by INSIDE OUT — Body Image Theatre Education will be seen by 900 Grade 7 students across Central Alberta over the next week, thanks to sponsorship by the Foundation for Red Deer Public Schools and Primary Care Network.
A free public performance of Under My Skin goes Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Red Deer Public School District offices.
