Snak the Ripper is returning to Red Deer with his In the Sticks Tour 2023.
The Vancouver rapper, along with supporting acts Doh-Ski & Alex and Addi & Ajack, will perform on Sept. 7 at Bo’s Bar and Stage. Local acts Brayden Bonnett & Di$tinct, Pure Verb, Diskreet and DJ DAK-B are also in the line-up.
Snak the Ripper (aka William Scott Fyvie) has been releasing rap tracks with generally positive messages since 2007. Having struggled with homelessness and substance abuse, he broke with the partying lifestyle at age 25 by challenging himself to come up with various rhyme schemes.
Since releasing his debut The Ripper album in 2007, Snak has put out nearly a dozen releases. He’s the founder and owner of the record label Stealth Bomb Records.
