Red Deer RCMP are investigating a stabbing that left a victim with serious injuries on Thursday night.
RCMP said at about 9:15 p.m. officers were called to 5239 53rd Ave. where they found a male suffering from stab wounds. He was treated by Red Deer Emergency Services and transported to hospital where he remains.
Police do not believe the stabbing was random and continue to investigate.
