On average, he drops off two loads of yard waste a day at the Red Deer’s waste management facility. The facility is inviting Red Deer residents to drop off their yard waste, which should only include grass clippings, leaves, tree branches and garden material, for free from now until May 9. The free drop-off is available to residents only and no commercial haulers are accepted.
