WATCH: Central Albertans participate in kartSTART

Central Alberta youths are using go-karts to learn how to drive.

The annual kartSTART program helped 160 participants, ages 10 and up, get behind the wheel at Westerner Park in Red Deer from Thursday to Sunday.
