WATCH: Day-long hockey game at St. Francis of Assisi Middle School in Red Deer

An all-day hockey game was held at St. Francis of Assisi Middle School Friday

Sixty-five Red Deer students played in a day-long hockey game to raise money for the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

St. Francis of Assisi Middle School students from all Grades 6 to 9 played in the game Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:25 p.m.

The game was a companion event to the World’s Largest Hockey Game in Sherwood Park.
