A portion of 55th Street will be close until Dec. 24 for a water main installation.
The City of Red Deer said 55th Street will be closed east of the roundabout at 54th Avenue, extending to west of the business complex access before Gaetz Avenue.
During construction, traffic will be detoured using 52nd Street.
Drivers are reminded to use caution and follow all signage when driving through construction zones.
