To keep up with maintenance costs, including snow removal of a record amount this year, parking at the Westerner Park has increased 25 per cent.
Effective Jan. 1, it now costs $5 to park at the Westerner Park up from $4 it cost prior.
Westerner Park CEO John Harms said the decision to increase the price was made in November by the Westerner board.
