Wetaskiwin woman missing

Wetaskiwin RCMP are looking for a 21-year-old woman who has been missing since May 27.

RCMP said on May 31 they were notified that Jaylynne Omeasoo was missing, and last seen leaving the area of 51th Street and 49th Avenue on foot.

RCMP are attempting to locate Omeasoo to confirm her well being. She may be in the Maskwacis area.

Omeasoo is described as female, Indigenous, 1.6 metres tall, 90 kilograms, with dark hair and brown eyes. She was last known to be wearing a grey hoodie and black slacks.
