CALGARY — The president of the Alberta Progressive Conservative party says a work plan for Premier Alison Redford is still a work in progress.

Jim McCormick says he intends to meet with Redford later this week to discuss what came out of last weekend’s party executive meeting in Calgary.

He says the work plan will really be a summary of different things that have been raised by party members and with the executive.

McCormick says one key goal will be to improve communication, which he says has to be a two-way street.

He says he believes that the Tory party will rebound from the unrest of the last few months and still has a healthy base in Alberta.

McCormick won’t speculate about other members of the legislature possibly leaving caucus, but admits he has heard the rumours.
