This is a very busy time of the year for Stewart Morgan with Mow Value Lawn Care and working until the sun goes down is not unusual. On average, he drops off two loads of yard waste a day at the Red Deer’s waste management facility. The facility is inviting Red Deer residents to drop off their yard waste, which should only include grass clippings, leaves, tree branches and garden material, for free from now until May 9.
