Aldea Marie Tronnes

Aldea Marie Tronnes, passed away peacefully on January 30th, 2023 at the Moog and Friends Hospice House in Penticton, B.C. at the age of 81.
Aldea was born in High River, Alberta on April 8th, 1941, daughter of George Leroux and Roberta (nee Wishart) Leroux. Aldea was predeceased by her brother, George Leroux, and her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Gillespie of Red Alberta and Lawson Davies of Courtenay B.C. Aldea is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, W D (Bill) Tronnes of Osoyoos, B.C., her son Dan Tronnes (Kim) of AB, her daughter Denise (Dave McCagherty) of Osoyoos, B.C., her sister, Cheryl Davies of Courtenay, B.C., her sister Michelle Portsmouth (Clayton) of Beaumont, AB, her sister-in-law, Barb Leroux of Kamloops, B.C. Also survived by her grandson, Brett Tronnes of Red Deer, AB and her granddaughter Beth Tronnes (Justin) of Calgary, AB. Aldea will be lovingly remembered by her brothers-in-law, Dennis Tronnes (Shirley) of Vernon, B.C. and Gary Tronnes of Red Deer, AB. As well she is survived by many special nieces and nephews and families.
A celebration of life will be held on April 22nd, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the German Canadian Club, Red Deer, Alberta. Memorial donations may be sent to the charity of your choice or to Moog and Friends Hospice House, 1701 Government Street, Penticton, BC V2A 8J7 (Tel # 250 492 9071).
