ANDREW Mrs. Phyllis Annabelle Andrew of Eckville, Alberta passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre, Red Deer on Friday, September 22, 2006 at the age of 84 years. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her five daughters, Sylvia (Daliph) Ganga of Edmonton; Bonnie (Richard) King of Eckville; Lorene (Gilbert) Owens of Falher, Alberta; Joan (Lyle) Easton of Edson; and Mavis Andrew (David Doyle), also of Edmonton; in addition to twelve grandchildren; and one great grandchild. She will also be lovingly remembered by three brothers, Donald (Hilary) McDonald of Red Deer; Ewart (Gertrude) McDonald, also of Red Deer; and Neil McDonald (Loretta) of Lethbridge; as well as one sister, Marg (Lawrence) Ferguson of Vulcan; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret McDonald; her husband, Roy Andrew in 2000; her son, Donald Roy Andrew in 1950; and one granddaughter, Vanessa. A Public Funeral Service in Celebration of Phyllis' Life will be held at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Eckville on Thursday, September 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend Sandra Franklin-Law officiating. Interment will follow in the Gilby Cemetery, Gilby at 2:00 p.m. If friends desire, memorial tributes in Phyllis' Memory may be made directly to the charity of one's choice.
