Antonio Wilfredo
Antonio Wilfredo of Red Deer passed away peacefully in his sleep at Extendicare December 7th, 2014 at the age of 62 years. He was born in Bangar La Union, Philippines, then moved to Canada in 1990. He is survived by his mother Amelia de Castro, siblings Evelyn de Castro, Madelyn Raguindin (Rolly), Rose Capalaran (Rogel), Cecilia Calero (Juan), Josefa Naparan (Ven), and Rocky de Castro, as well as sisters- in-law Nena and Luz de Castro and numerous nephews and nieces. Antonio was predeceased by his father Pedro de Castro and siblings Reynaldo de Castro, Leonard de Castro, and Natividad de Castro. Very special thanks goes to Dr. Badenhors, Dr. Odendaal, and all the nurses and staff at the Red Deer Hospital, Unit 32 and Michener Extendicare. A Prayer Service will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820-45 Street, Red Deer, on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 6 McMillan Avenue, Red Deer, on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Alto Reste Cemetery.
