It is with great regret and sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beautiful daughter, sister, aunty and friend, April Dianne Gunderson at the Innisfail Hospital, Innisfail, Alberta on Friday, July 25, 2014. April was taken from us far too early at the age of 27 years. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. April leaves behind her precious daughter, Brooke Rae-Anne Stout who has always been the most important part of April's life. She also leaves behind her boyfriend, Jarrad Sloan, mom, Darla Briem, dad, Garry Gunderson, sisters, Michelle (Marvin) Lindsey and Sheena (Gerard) Dykstra, stepdad, Rich Bahuaud, stepsister, Kelsey Bahuaud, stepbrother, Nic Bahuaud, avi, Herb Briem, grandmother, Rachel Gunderson and numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her day home children. April was predeceased by her amma, Anna Briem and grandfather, Lloyd Gunderson. You are already greatly missed. We love you. We will keep you in our hearts and will think of you always. Relatives and friends are invited to come and pay their respects at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 - 67 A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. A Celebration of April's Life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Please dress casual as April would want it that way. If desired, Memorial Donations in April's honor may be made directly to a Trust Fund set up for her daughter, Brooke Stout at the Servus Credit Union, Innisfail, Alberta. Donations may be made at any Servus Credit Union on Brooke's behalf.
