Archie passed away suddenly on January 13, 2012 surrounded by his family. Archie is predeceased by his son, Donald and grandsons, Frances Archibald and Donald Kyle. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 63 years, Sheila; his children, Sheila (Dan), Margaret, Neil (Heather), Douglas, Catherine (Darryl) and Isabel (Lachlan); and many wonderful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by his sisters, Violet Hiles, Alma Davis and brother John MacBeth (Elaine). A Funeral Service will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 4718 Ross Street, Red Deer, AB on Friday, January 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Archie's honour may be made directly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta , #202, 5913 - 50 Avenue, Red Deer, AB, T4N 4C4.
