Arlene Leola (Potter)
Passed away peacefully April 17, 2012. Arlene is predeceased by husbands Irvin Potter in 1972 and Arthur Kunz in 2010. She is cherished in memory by her sons and their families, Tip (Linda) Red Deer, Leslie (Fern) Victoria, BC, Kenneth (Beverly)Calgary, and Frank (Linda) Victoria, BC. Remembering their Gramma are Michael and Michele, Tiffany and Meredith, Chris, Andrew and Nichole and 7 (almost 8) great-grandchildren. Missing their sister are Mike Andersen
(Francis), Victoria, BC, Nels Andersen, Abbotsford, BC, and Norma (Peter)Guschuck, Kelowna, BC. Arlene was born November 24, 1920 and raised in the small farming community of Wayne, Alberta. She lived in and around Red Deer and later in Taber until retiring to Victoria. Arlene loved the outdoors, gardening, camping and fishing in lakes and on the West Coast Ocean. Most especially she loved her little black poodles Cindy and Mitzi. She will be remembered by those who loved her for her warm yet feisty approach to life. No service by request, there will be a gathering of family and friends at a later date.
