BALFOUR It is with great sadness that Miss Chelsey Anne Balfour's family announces her sudden passing. Chelsey passed away on Wednesday, June 15th, 2005 at the tender age of 20 years. She will be very sadly missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in our hearts. Left to mourn this great loss are Chelsey's loving parents: Kim Cooper and Deryl Balfour as well as her stepfather Rob Krell and stepmother, Lassele Balfour. She will also be dearly missed by her grandparents, Carol Mules, Jackie Balfour, Andrew Mules and finance Cory Nanninga. Chelsey's memory will be eternally treasured by her sisters, brother, grandparents and all those she cared for, family as well as the many friends whom she loved with all of her heart. Chelsey was predeceased by Arthur James Balfour, Martha Landstrom, Ivor John Davies, Elsie Maud Davies, Thomas Mules and Pamela Betty Mules. She was born in Edmonton, AB., and lived there as a young girl until moving to Delburne at the age of 14 years. She graduated from Delburne High School in 2003 and in January of 2005, she moved to Red Deer enjoying her work with the many people she grew to know. A celebration of Chelsey's life will be held at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287-67 A Street, Red Deer, AB., on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with the reverend Don Lewis officiating.
