BAWTINHEIMER, 1921 - 2007 The family of Annie Bawtinheimer (nee-Storey) is deeply saddened to announce her passing on Monday, March 12, 2007 in Red Deer. Annie Mae was born on February 13, 1921 in Red Deer to Carl and Gladys Storey and grew up in the Springvale District. She leaves to mourn her loss, her daughter, Donna (Don) Russell of Alix, Alberta and her son, Gary (Yvonne) Bawtinheimer of Grand Prairie, Alberta, her seven grandchildren, Darcy (Jodi) Russell, Darwin (Darla) Russell, Joanne (Randy) Thompson, Todd Bawtinheimer, Curtis (Cheryl) Bawtinheimer and Melanie (Joe) Ducholke, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Annie is also survived by her three sisters, Edith Millar, Lucille Coates and Barb (Harold) Sande and her brother, Bob (Nancy) Storey, sisters-in-law Joyce Storey, Elsie Letourneau and Hilda Bawtinheimer and a very special sister-in-law and friend, Marg Miller and numerous nieces and nephews. Annie was predeceased by her longtime companion, Ike Nascher in 1994, and her two brothers, Bill and Harold Storey, her brothers-in-law, Jack Millar and Donald Coates and Donna and Gary's father, Melford (Moon) Bawtinheimer and her brothers-in-law, Les (Myrtle), Norman (Lenore), Harvey Bawtinheimer and Dick Letourneau. A funeral service in Annie's honour will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer on Friday, March 16, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Alto-Reste Cemetery. If desired, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
