BERGE Mr. Arthur Edwin Berge of Red Deer passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home on Sunday, September 18, 2005 at the age of 79 years. Arthur's memory will be cherished by his son Darrell (Brenda) Berge of Calgary as well as by his two daughters, Susan (Brian) Judge of Red Deer and Barb (Dan) Rutledge of Sylvan Lake. His memory will be further cherished by seven grandchildren: Kevin and Craig Berge, Shauna McCurry, Chris Judge, Shyla Smith, Sarah and Shanna Ninkovich as well as by seven great-grandchildren: Hannah, Ashley, Jacob, Caileb, Nicholas, Hailey and Amber. Many extended family members and dear friends will also treasure his memory. Arthur Berge was predeceased by his loving wife Ethel, his daughter Karen, a great-grandson Justus as well as by two sisters, Aileen Staroszik and Anna Leonhardt. Arthur will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him. Those wishing to pay their respects to the late Mr. Arthur Edwin Berge are invited to gather at the Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 - 67A Street, Red Deer, on Thursday, September 22, 2005 for a time of visitation from noon until 12:50 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted from the Chapel of the Parkland Funeral Home on Thursday, September 22, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Brenda Watts officiating. Interment will follow at the Red Deer Cemetery.
