MINIFIE, Bernard Hartley May 15, 1925 – Aug. 27, 2007 Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather & Great Great Grandfather Bernard Minifie passed away at the Royal Alexandra Hospital on Monday, August 27th, 2007, at the age of 82 years. Besides his loving wife of 62 years, Shirley, Bernard is survived by his children; Bonnie, Barb (Dave), Betty (Bryon), Frances (John), Bernadine (Terry), Shelley (Frank), Bernard (Vera), Margaret (Ken), and Chris (Mike). He also leaves twenty-five grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister Peggy; brother Ken as well as numerous other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, five siblings and two grandchildren Denise and Jason. The family do wish to thank Dr. Tai, Dr. Yeun along with all the nurses at the Royal Alex for their care and compassion. At Bernard's request, cremation has taken place with a private family gathering to follow.
