Bertha Charlotte Cameron (nee Hermary), passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 8, 2012 at the age of 72. Bertha was born September 27, 1939 in Red Deer, Alberta. She is survived by many loving family and friends including her children, Catherine (Herb) Cameron of Alix, AB, Gordon Cameron of Red Deer, Alberta and Danielle (Rob) Cameron of Fort Saskatchewan, AB. She was a loving nana to her grandchildren, Gillian and Garrett Gramlich, and Allyssa Christie. Relatives and friends are welcome to pay their respects at Eventide Funeral Home on Friday January 13, 2012 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. for visitation and prayer. A funeral mass for Bertha will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic church on Saturday January 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Cavalry Cemetery (on 67th Street). Friends and family are welcome to gather at the Golden Circle for lunch between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bertha's honor may be made to the Sacred Heart Parish.
