BIEBER Mr. Rudolph Bieber went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday July 1, 2006 in his 94th year. Rudolph will be lovingly remembered by his wife Edna, children: Ruth (Rod) Penner, Marlene (Mike) McKenzie, Marion (Arthur) Nowell, Lois (Harold) Strohschein, Wanda (Ken) Annett, Brian (Heather) Bieber, 14 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He will also be greatly missed by his sisters, Mary Peters, Annie Roth, and Minnie Arnold. Rudolph was predeceased by his parents, five brothers and one sister. Rudolph was a very generous man. He always had time for his family. Rudolph was always concerned for people and looked out for their interests. Teaching was one of his passions. He taught in various locations in Alberta, including River Glen School in Red Deer. Rudolph enjoyed music, singing in both German and English. Rudolph's hobbies included reading and curling. A celebration of His life will be held at Crossroads Church (38105 - Range Road 275 Red Deer, Alberta) at 2:00 p.m. on Friday July 7, 2006 with Pastor Stu Krogman officiating. Memorial Donations may be made to Wycliffe Bible Translators for Kevin and Laurel Penner (4316 - 10 Street NE Calgary T2E 6K3) or World Vision (P.O. Box 9716, Dept. W Federal Way, WA 98063-9716). In living memory of Rudolph Bieber, a tree will be planted in the Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium Memorial Tree Park, Red Deer County.
