DEN BIESEN 1992- 2007 Robert Andrew den Biesen of Red Deer passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 29, 2007 at the age of 14 years. Robert was born on December 29, 1992 in Red Deer, Alberta, where he lived his entire life. He just recently graduated from Eastview Junior High and was set to attend grade nine at Hunting Hills High School in the fall. Robert lived an active life, enjoying sports, numerous outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, music and of course his special pet "Mr. Willie" the dog. Through all of these adventures Robert made many friends and acquaintances, whom have come forward with love and support for his family. Over the years the den Biesen family has spent many fulfilling afternoons at Bower Ponds and other public facilities around the city. Robert is survived by his loving parents, Casey and Ida of Red Deer, two brothers, Jeremy, Mark both of Red Deer, his grandparents, Gil and Jean Hughes of Oshawa, Ontario, Cor and Nellie den Biesen of Peace River, Alberta, Uncle Gil Hughes, Uncle Peter den Biesen, Auntie Annelies, Uncle Keith Batty and family, Aunt Theresia Barclay and family and many friends. Relatives and friends are invited to come pay their respects at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 45 Street, Red Deer on Thursday, August 2, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at CrossRoads Church, 32 Street and Queen Elizabeth II Highway, Red Deer on Friday, August 3, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Alto-Reste Cemetery.
