BOREK Mr. Jim Borek passed away on October 16, 2009 at the age of 69. He is survived by his loving wife Ethel; sons Tony Borek and Jon Orton; daughters Diana Slemp, Shauna Orton and BettyAnne Measures and all of their families; as well as other family and friends.
