ELLWOOD Brian Patrick "Manny" On May 1, 2009 Brian Patrick Ellwood, formerly of Red Deer, AB passed away at the age of 39 years. Brian was raised in the Peace River region and BC until the mid eighties. He then moved to Edmonton and Central Alberta where he became a well known multi- talented musician and recently completed his truck driving certification. Brian is survived by his children, Tanesha Simpson of Calgary, AB, Brody Ellwood of Red Deer, AB. and his dog, Buddy. Also survived by his loving sister, Eileen (Mike) Coons and their children: Chelsey, Kari and Kyle of Innisfail, AB. He was a "special son" to Rod and Bev O'Neil of Sexsmith AB; a "brother" to Carmen O'Neil (Terry, Amanda); his "step- mom", Vera Ellwood; six siblings: Garry Ellwood, Terry (Peter) Morris, Wayne (Joyce) Ellwood, Deborah Horner (Guy), Joe (Ruth) Ellwood and their families. He came from a large loving family with many dear friends who were like family. A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Grace Fellowship Church in Sexsmith, AB.
