Brian JUDGE

JUDGE Brian Charles Judge of Red Deer passed away peacefully with his wife and son by his side at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Wednesday, January 30th, 2008, at the age of 59. He will be sadly missed by his wife Susan of 26 years; his son Christopher (Elisha) Judge of Lethbridge; Brian's three grandchildren Ashley Judge, Jaidyn Judge and Joshua Bernes. He will also be missed by his brother Murray (Mardell) Judge of New Brunswick; his sister Bessie (Roger) Cameron of Kitchener, Ont. Brian is also survived by his brother in law Darrell (Brenda) Berge of Calgary; his sister in law Barb (Dan) Rutledge of Sylvan Lake; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Brian's special canine companion "Hollybeary" will miss him dearly. Brian was predeceased by his parents George and Mildred Judge; his mother and father in-law Arthur and Ethel Berge; his sister in law Karen Esveld and his great nephew Justus Berge. He possessed a great passion and love for horses which became a full-time Farrier occupation for over 25 years. He was admired by many people in the Central Alberta area. The love of blacksmithing was pursued for the last 7 to 8 years. Brian's journey to learn the "King Of All Trades" developed many meaningful and long lasting relationships. He was an active member of the Northern Rockies Blacksmithing Association of Montana. Brian's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Graham, Dr. Tillier, and the nurses and staff of unit 32. Special thanks also go out to Chuck and Del Burns of Blackfalds for their loving support. A Celebration of Brian's Life will be held on Monday, February 04, 2008 at the CrossRoads Church #38105 R.R. #275, Red Deer, (west of the 32nd Street Overpass on Hwy #2) at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Central Alberta Cancer Centre c/o P.O.
