Bruce Bothwell

August 29, 1953 - September 7, 2021
With deepest regrets we announce the passing of Bruce Bothwell on September 7, 2021 in Red Deer, Alberta surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife Bobbie and his children Derek, Shawna (Justin), Brianne and Brett (Corey) and the apple of his eye his two granddaughters Avery and Harper.
Bruce was born in Calgary, Alberta August 29, 1953 and was raised in Devon, Alberta. After graduating Law School in 1978, Bruce and Bobbie settled in Red Deer where Bruce practiced law and raised their four children.
He was predeceased by his mother and father. Survived by an older sister and younger brother as well extended family including sisters and brother in laws and many nieces and nephews.
Bruce's passion was spending time with family at the cabin.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Children's Make A Wish foundation and the Ronald McDonald house.
There will be a celebration of Bruce's life Saturday September 11, 2021 at the lake between 4-7pm. Contact family for directions.
