DESROSIERS (Eade) Carol Ann 1937 - 2009 It is with heavy hearts and immense sadness that the family of Carol Ann Desrosiers announce her peaceful passing at the Red Deer Nursing Home, Wednesday September 16, 2009 at the age of 72 years. Carol's passing will be mourned by her loving husband of 48 years, Dan; daughter Michele (Ralph) Thornton of Sedalia, AB, and her two sons; Danny (Donna) of Sylvan Lake, AB and Carey (Karen) of Markerville, AB. Her memory will be forever cherished by her 4 grandchildren; Danson, Darby, Carley, and Tanner. Carol will also be remembered by her three sisters; Helen Stomp of Esterhazy, SK, Merle Hedman of Flin Flon, MB and Yvonne Plamondon of Tisdale, SK. Carol was predeceased by her parents, Leonard and Clara Eade; her oldest sister, Thelma as well as her brother, Ron Eade. Carol is remembered as a wonderful and loving mother, whose passion in life included her family, country music, singing, baking, and playing cards with her good friends; although these paled in comparison to the joy she derived from her four beautiful grandchildren. A Funeral Mass for the late Carol Ann Desrosiers will be held on Friday, September 25, 2009 at Our Lady of the Assumption, Catholic Church, 5033 - 47A Avenue, Sylvan Lake, AB at 1:00 p.m. with Father Gabriel Udeh Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Alberta, 4811 - 48 Avenue, Red Deer, AB, T4N 3T2.
