It is with deep sorrow that the family of Charles Victor Owens announce his passing at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on Sunday, December 19, 2010. Charles will be lovingly missed by his wife, Margaret, sons; Brian and Fred (Sharon), one granddaughter, Victoria, two grandsons; Brandon (Mandy) and Mitchell (Sandy), one great grandson, Jaxon Charles and one sister, Phyllis Lindsay (Ted) of Toronto. A Memorial Service will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapels (4820 - 45 Street, Red Deer) on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. Memorial Tributes in Charles' name may be made directly to The Arthritis Society (4730-50 Street, Red Deer, AB T4N 1X2) or to the Alberta Cancer Foundation (c/o Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 - 29 Street NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4N2).
