BAYNE Cheryle April 11, 1948 - July 18, 2009 Cheryle died peacefully at the Heritage House in Stettler Alberta July 18th 2009, after a lengthy and courageous battle with brain cancer. The saying "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade" will always remind us of Cheryle. She made a lot of lemonade in her life. Nothing life handed her seemed to be too much. Cheryle's legacy in life was her family and friends. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn the love of her life Barrie Stanyer, her son Brian (Ursula) Bayne, her daughters Adriane Wiebe (Gene Curtis) and Lisa Wiebe (Jerry Poppl), her three grandchildren: Dakota, Cheyenne, and Dayton Curtis-Wiebe, her father and mother Wendell and Dorothy Bayne, her brothers Dell (Bobbi) Bayne, Jim (Joan) Bayne, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, Uncles, Aunts cousins, and friends. A memorial service was held at the Erskine Evangelical Free Church, Erskine, AB on July 24, 2009, with Pastor Ross Helgeton officiating. A reception and fellowship then took place in the Church reception area and was graciously served by the Erskine Evangelical Free Church Ladies. Internment will follow a family memorial in Eston Saskatchewan. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Erskine Evangelical Free Church.
