GREENE Christine Marla 1973 - 2009 "The loneliness without you, The ache deep in our hearts; We've nothing left but memories, With them we’ll never part." It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Christine Marla Greene at home in Sylvan Lake, AB on Monday June 1st, 2009 at the age of 36 years. Christine is survived by her loving mother, Sharon Drader, 3 sisters; Laura Tapley, Teresa (Larry) Worobetz, Jae-Lynn Greene, and her brother Grant Greene. Also left to mourn her passing, her aunt Sandra (John) Harder, nieces: Miranda (Jason) Gasior, Cathy (Brendan Melnyk) Worobetz, Tori Brazeau, Alyiah Greene, nephews: Ryan (Tammy Lassi) Tapley, Kevin Worobetz, Christopher Greene, Michael Greene, and Destin Greene. Christine's memory will be further cherished by her great nephews: Brendon Courts, Tyler Tapley and her cousins; Shawn (Kea MacDonald) Harder, Theodore Folk, Paul Folk, and Bobbi - Lee Folk. Christine's closest friends; Carlos Mullis, David Jones and Keith Bolen will also mourn her loss. Christine was predeceased by her father Marvin Drader, her uncle Glenn Folk as well as her maternal and paternal grandparents. Visitation will be held Saturday June 6th, 2009 between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 1:50 p.m. at Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 - 67 A Street, Red Deer, AB. A Funeral Service for the late Christine Greene will commence at 2:00 p.m. following the visitation. Christine was a very energetic and cheerful person, who always found the silver lining that passed her way. Although she never married or had children, her special baby was her dog "Dezi" to whom she was totally devoted to. Christine's family and friends were a very important part of her life.
