COUGHLAN, Mrs. Patricia Colleen Coughlan of Red Deer, passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Friday, September 23, 2005 at the age of 56 years. Patricia was born on April 4, 1949 at Halifax, Nova Scotia. Patricia was a wonderful, loving and gracious mother, grandmother and friend to all. She was a joyful lady who loved life. She loved to walk and enjoy the freshness of the falling rain. Patricia loved crossword puzzles, playing cards, going to bingos and especially taking in garage sales, which was one of her favorite pastimes. Patricia will be very deeply and sadly missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and many dear friends. Patricia leaves to mourn her loss, her loving friend and companion, Jake Martens, her loving children, Tammy Campbell (Ernie Moore) of Red Deer, Shawn Campbell (Selene Turbuck) of Calgary, Alberta, stepdaughter, Chris (Ray) Lindquist and her grandchildren, Gary, Randy, Chelsea, Austin, Denise, Ryan, Rhean and Daryl. She will also be very sadly missed by her sister, Joan (Willard) Rushton, brother, Jack (Maggie) Campbell, both of Halifax, Nova Scotia and sisters, Joanne Campbell of Kelowna, British Columbia and Tina Jans of Red Deer, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and special friends, Lorinda and Robert Pidruchney. Patricia was predeceased by her mother, Helen, a brother, George and a granddaughter, Meagan. Prayers will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 – 45th Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. A Public Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 5508 – 48A Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday, September 29, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation will follow at the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
