It is with great sadness that Denny and Marlene Pannenbecker announce the sudden passing of their son Damian Joel Pannenbecker, brother to Brie, Krista, Carolina, Lubenson, Adnez, Suza and beloved friend to so many. Affectionately known as "Goober" by family and "Panny" by friends. Damian's infectious smile, compassionate nature and loving heart will be dearly missed by all who know him. A celebration of life will be held at Lacombe Memorial Centre at 1 PM on Saturday January 11th, 2014. All those attending are asked to please refrain from wearing black. Instead, please wear casual colourful clothing or team jerseys. Damian loved the Toronto Maple Leafs and the colour blue. A memorial skate will be held at 6 PM the same day at Cranna Lake. Please feel free to bring snacks, beverages, etc. along with your skates. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Dominican Feed the Kids Organization which operates under Hope for the Nations.
